Choose where the driver should go at the pickup location. Map listings can sometimes show a department name such as “Pharmacy” even when the order is somewhere else; your selection below is what the driver follows.
Required by default so the driver knows exactly where to go inside a building or complex.
Choose the closest match. We’ll only ask the size questions that make sense for that kind of order.
A driver will not be sent until the store or pickup location confirms the order is ready and you update the order here.
Priority starts after the order is confirmed ready for pickup.
Enter the information the driver will use to identify and receive this specific order.
Add a pickup contact or special instructions only if the driver will need them.
Choose how the delivery should be completed and give the driver the access information they need.
Demo pricing is adjustable. Production would calculate driving distance/time from a routing provider and your pricing rules.
Hybrid satellite with street labels is the default. Use the map layer control if you prefer the Street map.
If we have any questions, we’ll contact you using the phone number or email you provided. Payment will be added as the next production step.
GPS security active: live location is required for Driver online/geofence testing.
Enter the driver name and phone, generate a local test verification code, then enter the code to verify the driver. After verification, the profile cannot be edited from the dashboard.
Street map is the default for driving clarity. Hybrid satellite with street labels is also available from the map layer control.
Current delivery operations, live Driver status, and new requests.
Live Dispatch safety view. Click a Driver to see the latest server-stored GPS location and contact controls.
Other / Not Sure requests waiting for Dispatch review. These are not delivery orders and no payment has been authorized.
Always visible. New/unassigned requests are sorted with today first and future scheduled deliveries underneath. Orders refresh automatically while Dispatch is open. You can still use Refresh orders for an immediate refresh.
One master switch controls whether new customer delivery requests may be created. Existing deliveries continue normally.
Driver accounts. Registered Drivers cannot go online or accept deliveries until verified here.
Newest completed/cancelled/returned records appear first. Cancelled orders with an active return stay in Active Operations until the return is completed; permanent records remain available.
Dispatch safety/operations view. Coordinates shown are the latest location the Driver app successfully sent to the server.
Check these carefully before requesting the delivery. The driver will use exactly this information.
Your address may be perfectly valid. Sometimes an address cannot be matched precisely by the mapping databases we use. This can happen with new streets or subdivisions, recently changed street names or house numbers, private roads, rural addresses, or locations that have not been updated consistently across map systems yet.
The customer agreement record is never overwritten. This changes the current operational address used by the driver and adds a timestamped correction to the audit history. Production GPS geofencing uses the corrected pickup location.
Use this only after discussing the change with the customer. The original customer agreement and original quote remain preserved in the permanent audit history.
This does not overwrite the original cancellation. Every pay change is appended to the permanent Dispatch audit history.
Confirm the pickup address and start the gig. Customer/order details unlock after the driver confirms arrival at the pickup location. GPS verification is required for location-dependent Driver steps.
Use “Call for access” only if someone will be available at the phone number you provide when the driver arrives.
Use this only after the store or pickup location tells you the order is actually ready. After you upload that confirmation and any pickup code, the order can be released to drivers.
